- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Customer Success Manager (CSM) Administrator to join our lending department team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the customer success managers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the customer success managers to ensure all customer requests and issues are handled efficiently and effectively
- Monitor and update customer account information and loan data in our CRM system
- Assist in creating and implementing customer onboarding and retention strategies
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on customer satisfaction and performance metrics
- Help to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and best practices for the lending department

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for customer service and a desire to learn and grow in a dynamic and challenging environment
