**Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Trainer**

- Full time ongoing position within the RMH EMR team (80 hours per fortnight).
- Design, develop and deliver EMR training curriculum to diverse audiences.
- Drive improvements in EMR training across the organisation to ensure training materials are reflective of current practice.

**Your new role**:
The Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Trainer, reporting to the Senior Clinical Informatics Officer, will work collaboratively with RMH stakeholders to facilitate the design and provision of high quality, effective EMR training and education to staff at the RMH. The EMR Trainer will lead the delivery and ongoing optimisation of our EMR training for new and existing staff across multiple disciplines (clinical and non-clinical), including on boarding education for large staff intake cohorts.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
- Experience working in a tertiary hospital, healthcare operations or software deployment in healthcare.
- Previous experience in developing and delivering training curriculum.
- Ability to confidently present to small or large groups, and effectively engage participants in training sessions.
