Residential Full Time Position
**This position is a 12-month contract.**

Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around

our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

continuously improve the Administration function(s) to support delivery of products to customers in a safe,

**Responsibilities include**:

- coordinate and arrange the despatch of bagged product) in an efficient manner, with utmost regard to quality

and continuous improvement;
- work with the Shipping Product Handler and Transport Contractors to load and accurately administer the

despatch of all bagged product via shipping containers;
- provide administrative support with all sampling, collection, recording and analysis of data for all shipments;
- contribute to accurate records of stock levels and analysis with a focus on continuous improvement;
- liaise with marketing personnel on container related shipments;
- liaise with trucking contractors for container supply and truck requirements. participate in incident

investigations, risk assessments, and use SiteSafe webforms;
- monitor, maintain and share documentation for all shipping, site specific inductions and communicate with

Safety and Training as required;
- support any Product Handling activities as required, during busy times, planned or unexpected employee

absence; and
- manage and reconcile invoices relating to Haulage, Storage and Bagging activities.
- positive can-do attitude with a proactive, involving, and consultative approach;
- high level of computer literacy (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, Internet);
- excellent communication skills, time management and ability to meet deadlines;
- a high attention to detail;
- drive continuous improvement in administration process and practices;
- ability to work closely with contractors and other team members;
- previous experience in administration, preferably in a processing / mining background;
- current ‘C’ class Drivers Licence;
- hold or possess the ability to obtain a Port Access Card; and
- forklift ticket (preferred).
