**What You'll Do**:
As a part of our FHMSS team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our customers to achieve their goals and aspirations, with a focus on sustainable employment. Your responsibilities will include:
Driving business development and community engagement to spur business growth.
Coaching, developing, and managing teams to identify opportunities for our customers.
Understanding and enhancing the customer experience.
Building and maintaining relationships with customers and various agencies.
Developing local partnerships and customer channels.
Meeting margin and revenue KPIs.
Establishing strong community linkages to facilitate referrals to Breakthru's suite of programs.

**About You**:
Experience in the Disability Sector and Mental Health.
Qualifications and/or experience in counselling, social work, psychology or similar
A drive to achieve or exceed targets and KPIs.
The ability to create and manage meaningful relationships with customers and employers.
Exceptional people leadership skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.
Driver's licence (essential)
Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain
Criminal Record Check (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Clearance Check (or willing to obtain)
