**You are** a customer service specialist with end to end export sea freight experience. You deliver excellence in compliance and administration to ensure client satisfaction. You work well within a team and can also fly solo when needed. If this sounds like you then we’d love to chat.

**About our client**:
Our client is a well-established international freight forwarding company based in Western Sydney. They are leaders in moving various cargo and pride themselves on quality service.

**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of export sea freight operations and customer service.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Manage client and shipment communications
- Compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Thorough management and completion of shipping documentation
- Tracking all shipments, including transhipments
- High level customer service
- Liaising with international agents, suppliers and consignee’s
- Coordinate cartage for all LCL FCL and FAK transport
- Invoicing
- Confirm receipt of and receive original HBL from consignee including packing list, packing declaration, commercial invoice and Dangerous Goods Certificate
- Other duties as required by the Branch Manager

**Skills and experience**:

- Export and import sea freight operations experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- High level communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Experience in processing and completing all shipping documents
- CargoWise knowledge and experience
