- **About the Role**
The primary objective of the Miller is to oversee and coordinate the operations of the Production Plant & Mill, including the Packing operations, to ensure production schedules are met in accordance with safety, quality, productivity, and reliability standards.- The Miller is responsible for effectively managing the existing staff resources under their direct supervision. They also ensure that there is a sufficient number of well-trained staff members to meet the current operational requirements.
- The work schedule follows a 4-day on, 4-day off roster pattern.
- Each shift consists of 8 hours of regular work, with an additional guaranteed 4 hours of overtime.
- The role may require working on a Sunday to Saturday roster, as the site operates 24/7. There is also a possibility of working on public holidays
**What you will need**
- Technical Understanding: Strong technical knowledge of milling equipment and plant operations in a Food or Milling environment is essential.
- People Management Skills: Good skills in managing and leading a team, as well as effective communication and problem-solving abilities, are required.
- Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency: Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is necessary. The ability to generate and present reports using Excel is also required.

- Boiler Attendant Certificate
- Forklift Operators Certificate
- Car license
