Job Description:
As a Roof Cleaner at JetStar Cleaning Technologies, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal and longevity of our clients' roofs. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Roof Inspection**:

- Conduct thorough assessments of roofs to identify areas requiring cleaning, repairs, or maintenance.
- Evaluate the type of roofing material and determine the most suitable cleaning methods.
- **Cleaning Procedures**:

- Utilize industry-standard cleaning equipment and solutions to remove dirt, debris, moss, algae, and other contaminants from roofs.
- Perform soft washing or pressure washing based on the specific needs of each roof.
- **Safety Compliance**:

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and implement safety measures during all cleaning activities.
- **Repair Recommendations**:

- Report any damages or issues discovered during the cleaning process.
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or further maintenance to enhance the overall condition of the roof.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including before-and-after photos and detailed reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the management team regarding the status of cleaning projects.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional cleaning results.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in roof cleaning or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and appropriate cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work at heights and use necessary safety equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Licenses and Police Checked.

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Provisional P1 driver licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: On the road
