**Key Responsibilities**:
**Test Strategy and Planning**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for Oracle ERP projects.
- Define test objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams to align testing activities with project timelines.
**Team Leadership**:
- Lead and mentor a team of Oracle ERP testers.
- Assign responsibilities, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to team members’ professional development.
**Test Execution and Documentation**:
- Oversee the execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Ensure thorough testing of Oracle ERP modules, including financials, supply chain, human resources, and other relevant modules.
- Document and track defects, and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
**Automation and Tool Expertise**:
- Evaluate and implement test automation tools for Oracle ERP testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in ERP testing.
**Collaboration and Communication**:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
- Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights to improve overall project quality.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Industry experience as a Test Manager leading and/or managing small to medium sized and cross functional testing team(s), located across different physical and virtual locations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Oracle ERP testing, with a focus on Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with test automation tools and scripting languages.
- Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) - Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Cloud ERP (Desirable).
- ISTQB (International Software Testing Qualifications Board) certification (Desirable).
