**Customer Optimisation Lead**:
Within this role we are looking for a lead to to improve the efficiency of existing processes and identify process opportunities to enable a better experience both externally (customers) and internally.
It will encompass both existing process(es) and new process(es) to support transformation and enhanced customer experience. Ultimately this role will enable driving customer loyalty through ease of dealing with the company and drive top line as well as contribution margin.

**Key Accountabilities**:
Analyse and document current business processes and identify areas of improvement
Design new business processes and workflows to support efficiency and eventually to support omnichannel customer experience
Own and lead the end-to-end O2C process
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in process design and implementation
Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities associated with transformation projects with regards to processes
Work closely with IT teams to define system requirements and ensure seamless integration with business processes
Conduct training and workshops to help stakeholders understand the new processes and workflows (in close collaboration with National Sales & Marketing team)
Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures, process maps, and training materials
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new processes and make recommendations for improvement

**What you need to be successful**:
5+ years of experience in process analysis and design, preferably in the industrial sector with exposure to sales
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Management are a plus
Experience in B2B omni-channel transformation projects is highly desirable
Proven track record of successful business process improvement initiatives
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong planning and implementation bias
Strong communication and presentation skills
