Our clients are currently seeking an experienced Marine Technician to join their team. As a Marine Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the maintenance and repair of marine equipment and vessels.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting routine maintenance on marine equipment and vessels, including inspecting and repairing engines, propulsion systems, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems.
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex issues with marine equipment and vessels, and performing necessary repairs.
- Operating and maintaining a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment used in marine repairs.
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed, including detailed reports on equipment and vessel conditions, maintenance activities, and repairs made.
- Collaborating with other members of the team to ensure that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
