GenesisCare has an exciting opportunity available for a Patient Bookings Officer to join our team at our Radiation Oncology Centre located in Chermside; North Brisbane. This role is a crucial link between patients and clinical staff, assisting patients in the booking of treatments and consultations. On offer is a permanent full-time opportunity, working Monday-Friday.

More Specifically, you will- Ensure a high level of patient service is provided including meeting patient needs, maintaining patient service levels, and monitoring and reacting to patient feedback- Book and confirm patients for Planning CT, Treatment, Nursing and Doctor Reviews- Respond to and resolve issues and provide a prompt service in line with expectations- Work with colleagues and other administrative staff to achieve efficient and effective management of the patient journey throughout the Practice- Promotion of an efficient, compassionate service to all patients, while maintaining a good working relationship with all staff members- Liaise with both internal and external support staff

We're interested in hearing from people who have:
- Demonstrated ability in an administrative role within a busy, customer focussed environment, medical preferred- Ability to handle and resolve urgent matters and time critical medical appointments- Strong organisation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders- Proven experience to work effectively both independently and in a team environment- Ability to use clinical administration systems, as well as Microsoft Office software
