**Key Accountabilities**
- Conducting a thorough patient history and physical assessment
- Identifying and treating the source of musculoskeletal discomfort
- Developing and implementing personalised treatment plans
- Providing advice and education on stretching and strengthening exercises
- Providing advice on lifestyle modifications to aid in recovery and prevent further injury
- Using techniques such as massage, stretching, dry needling and cupping to treat soft tissue pain
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare practitioners to ensure comprehensive patient care

**Key Skills required**:

- Trigger point knowledge
- Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) Knowledge
- Dry needling experience
- Cupping therapy experience
- Taping experience
- Joint mobilisation
- Knowledge of corrective and rehabilitative exercises
- Empathy for patients
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving capability
- Integrity

**Desired Experience/Qualifications**
- A degree of specialist qualification in Myotherapy
- Demonstrated experience in Myotherapy
