**Job Description**:
**Primary Purpose of Position**:

- Fairy Meadow The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing daily scheduling and coordination of EPC activities relating to our customers products and equipment, ensuring customer KPI’s are achieved through effective service delivery, as well as providing accurate, timely information to internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure the safe and efficient handling of customer product ensuring employees are adequately trained on machinery and vehicles while monitoring inbound and outbound product to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation (wharf/second survey & outbound) is prepared and processed correctly.
- Update current business systems accurately and in a time frame that meets or exceeds internal and customer key performance indicators (KPI’s).
- Ensure that AQIS (Australian Quarantine) documentation and booking are made as and when required.
- Accurately complete updates and data entry into the company’s business management systems and accurately manage in house records and customer documentation.
- Schedule build changes, PRAs, PQIs, repairs and loader fits including managing the supporting documentation to ensure all activities are carried out quickly and efficiently.

Job Requirements:
**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a similar position within the industry
- Competent Level in computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel) Highly Developed.
