**Leading Hand Service Crew **working in our Underground operations in Africa. You will have a patient and calm demeanour with a natural ability to mentor the national workforce to a high standard. This will be on a 6:3 roster, FIFO from any capital city in the world. To be successful in this position you will meet the criteria as outlined below.

**Key Requirements**
- Previous experience working as an underground Leading Hand on Service Crew, Paste Crew or Projects Crew
- Lead a team of Service Crew workers through their day to day operations
- Provide a high level of experience and knowledge in training to other crew members
- Extensive experience working in underground mining
- All valid and relevant qualifications, certificates and licences (RPL's)
- Valid Manual Australian Drivers Licence
- Current National Police clearance (valid within 6 months)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- A strong focus toward safety and hazard identification
- Experience mentoring

A full pre-employment medical is required, including a drug and alcohol, and site specific clearances.
