The Australian Beef Group are passionate about adding value to food supply chains. We have an exciting new opportunity in our team for an enthusiastic and proactive **Export Logistics **Manager to join us as we continue our growth trajectory forward.
Australian Beef Group encompasses several units; Supply Chain Management (Trading), Animal Processing (slaughter production), and Further Processing (diced, retail-ready and mince), all with one clear mission - _to provide the world’s best beef producers to the world’s best food providers_. **What you’ll be doing**:
- Taking responsibility for all end-to-end activities related to executing Export Sea and Air Freight along with the relevant associated documentation and identifying and rectifying potential issues arising from schedule changes.
- Converting future sale orders and purchase orders to actioned shipments, scheduling shipment bookings, ensuring customer invoicing is done in a timely manner and export documentation is completed in full.
- Acting as a central point of contact and expert for logistic management, providing guidance and assistance in decision making process.
- At all times, effectively build, influence, and proactively manage stakeholder (internal and external) relationships.

- Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently under pressure, prioritize appropriately, and can handle multiple projects while remaining focused to achieve business goals.
- Mandatory experience:_
- Minimum 2 years of documented relevant experience within the logistics industry.
- Documented professional knowledge of export documentation or logistic scheduling.
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
- Preferred experience:_
- Experience in Trello, Xero, any CRM system & IMPEX (or alternative software)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
