**What’s the Opportunity?**

The purpose of this role is to provide a complete end to end customer delivery experience for IP Tel services.

We work in a hybrid environment of 2 days in our Vocus offices and work from home 3 days each week.

**What’s the day to day?**
- Ensure the successful delivery of all IP Tel services to customers
- Be responsible for the delivery of the full customer experience from provisioning through to connection for customers
- Manage internal work queues and coordinate internal/third-party resources to complete projects
- Conduct meetings with key stakeholders during the course of project
- Design and implement customer call flows
- Provision services on BroadWorks platform
- Arrange and coordinate the porting of numbers from carriers
- Arrange installation and training
- Contribute to and support improvement initiatives and projects as required

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- You have the full rights to work in Australia.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Telecommunications industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to ensure consistency of standards/procedures and promote efficiencies
- Well-developed relationship building skills
- Negotiation, conflict management skills
- Outstanding commitment to customer service and internal and external customer experience
- Good planning, organisational, analytical and decision-making skills
- Exceptional administrative and time management skills
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Sound business acumen
- Exposure to technology and sales environments
