**Role Summary**:
As a Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and delivery of various built form projects. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development process for built form projects, including residential and commercial projects.
- Manage all aspects of project development, from site acquisition, due diligence, and feasibility studies to design, approval, construction, and sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Implement risk management strategies to minimise project risks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

**Key Skill Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property development, specifically in built form projects.
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A solid understanding of the property market, planning legislation, and construction processes.
- Qualification in Property Development, Real Estate, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
