Quarry & Mining Manufacture (QMM) is a subsidiary of Tasmea Limited and offers a comprehensive range of design, manufacture, fabrication and maintenance services to the construction materials (concrete, quarrying, cement, asphalt), mining, minerals, infrastructure, recycling and metals refining sectors.

**The Opportunity**
We’re looking for an **experienced Mechanical Fitter** to become a part of our team in our Site Services Department. Reporting to our Site Services Manager, your role will include (but not limited to):

- Fixed plant maintenance, conveyers, shoots etc.
- Build or repair fixed plant machinery and equipment.
- Interpreting technical drawings

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Certificate III including at least 2 years of on-the-job training or Certificate IV or at least three years of relevant experience as a mechanical fitter.
- Current Confined Space Entry (within 2 years).
- Current Working at Heights (within 2 years).
- EWP Ticket (advantageous)
- Work under pressure.
- Problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Be an effective communicator.
- Safety, Health & Environment awareness, and experience.
