**Role Description**:

It is your chance to gain a nationally recognized qualification and learn from professionals whilst also earning an income.

This is a role that requires multitasking and the ability to switch between various responsibilities efficiently. This can include estimating jobs, planning, coordination, procuring, dispatch, as well as interacting with customers both over the phone and face to face. This position will also require you to be capable of using pre-press software and MIS quoting system as well as various other equipment used in the wide format department.

**_Key Responsibilities:_**
- Ensure all signage work is planned efficiently and dispatched in line with timeframes
- Communicate with internal stakeholders so all team members are aware of work flow and customer requirements
- Provide high level professional customer service at all times both over the phone and at the service desk
- Contribute to team planning and internal meetings
- Process timely quotes to customers ensuring that it is accurate and focused on outcomes
- Organise and assist with dispatch of goods using the computer systems
- Provide support and relief to other team members during busy periods
- Other duties as directed by your supervisor
