Factory Manager- Glass and Aluminum

As the Factory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing operation. Your extensive knowledge of the industry and fabrication, coupled with your leadership abilities, will be crucial in achieving our production goals and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Glass and Aluminium industry with a background in fabrication.
- A proven track record of managing a manufacturing or production facility.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of industry standards, processes, and materials.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills with a strong aptitude.
