**About the role**

This is an interesting time to join the Pest Control business, in which we can offer a long-term perspective with interesting opportunities for you within our company for years to come. As a trainee with Guardian Pest Control, some of our most experienced technicians will oversee your training while enrolled with a professional pest managers course including units 5, 6 and 18. Upon completion of the course you will gain full time employment as a licensed technician and continue your training to gain a full timber management certificate (unit 8 and10).

**You must meet the following criteria**:

- Able to show strong attention to detail and ability to use modern technology
- Punctual, reliable and hardworking
- Confident communicator through verbal and written means, using IT solutions.
- Able to work well unsupervised as well as in teams
- Great customer service representative

The role provides office support with advanced IT solutions and reporting procedures in a friendly work environment. Upon hiring, the new employee will gain the use of a fully equipped vehicle, mobile phone, tools and work clothes.

During the trainee phase you will be earning $900 per week, after which you’d be offered a competitive wage exceeding $50K per year plus commissions.

**Requirements**:

- Drivers license for manual car
- Assessment for medical fitness
- Work with children check
