Our client is a renowned pool and spa franchise with a legacy of excellence in providing top-quality pool products and exceptional customer service. With a network of stores nationwide, they cater to the needs of pool owners, offering an extensive range of pool supplies, equipment, accessories, and maintenance services. **Retail Manager** to join their growing team.

**About the Role**:
As a Retail Manager, you will be the heart of their retail stores, driving sales, and ensuring an unparalleled customer experience for their valued customers. You will lead a team of dedicated sales associates and service technicians, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve sales targets and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Leadership**: Motivate and inspire your team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Implement B2B and B2C sales strategies, marketing and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and brand awareness.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: Ensure that every customer receives exceptional service and support. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt resolution.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee inventory levels, restocking, and visual merchandising to create an inviting and organized store environment.
- **Staff Training and Development**: Conduct training sessions for new hires and ongoing coaching for existing team members to enhance product knowledge and customer engagement skills.
- **Operational Efficiency**: Monitor store operations, manage schedules, and optimize store processes to achieve operational efficiency.
- **Reporting and Analysis**: Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights to the higher management for strategic decision-making.

**Skills & Experience required**:

- Proven sales track record and retail management experience, ideally in the pool industry or related industries e.g. building supplies, building services & maintenance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Strong sales acumen and a customer-centric approach.
- Sound understanding in retail operation and inventory management.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations.
- Passionate about pools, outdoor living, and leisure activities.
- Previous digital marketing experience to create brand awareness will be highly regarded
