We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team and oversee housekeeping operations at one of our esteemed hotel clients. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness standards, managing a team of housekeeping staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction through superior service delivery.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Management**: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of housekeeping staff to ensure high performance and productivity levels.
- **Cleaning Standards**: Establish and maintain stringent cleanliness standards throughout the hotel premises, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and efficient utilization.
- **Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and identify areas for improvement.
- **Guest Satisfaction**: Address guest concerns and feedback promptly, striving to exceed guest expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in budget preparation and control, optimizing resources to achieve operational efficiency while maintaining service quality.
- **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, implementing appropriate measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on housekeeping operations, including performance metrics, achievements, and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning techniques, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively train, motivate, and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
