**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Working with a critical set of loyal and committed clients, we are working to identify and engage an experienced Import Seafreight Operator to join a progressive and dynamic team. Handling a book of Import clients, working with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth import process.

**DUTIES**
- Coordinate and monitor order management from origin to shipped on board
- First point of contact for escalation items
- Ensure SOP are implemented and followed by internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work with CW1 in a paperless environment
- Assist with final leg delivery and invoicing operations

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 3+ years in an import Seafreight focused role
- Previous experience with CW1 software a must
- Experience in order management & schedule maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to handle import operations from order to delivery
- Previous experience working with customers, building relationships
