**About the Role**
- Based at our Adelaide Office, Sustainability Adviser will Support the development and project management of Santos’ ESG reporting including Sustainability, ISSB and drive the implementation and internal and external communication and reporting of the company’s ESG targets and performance.

Key accountabilities include:

- Support the external ESG reporting suite, including the development of a clear and cohesive narrative across ESG reporting and sustainability pillars plus project management, verification, and assurance processes.
- Support ESG strategy implementation and performance management.
- Support the development and maintenance of Santos’ annual ESG master data, including verification and assurance.
- Drive and facilitate broader organisational communications on all aspects of ESG
- External ESG reporting - Working with the business to develop a clear and cohesive narrative. Supporting the delivery of Santos’ annual ESG reporting
- ESG strategy implementation and performance management - Support the development of clear targets, develop appropriate systems and processes, oversee regular sustainability performance reporting

**About You**
- You will be experienced in:

- Understanding relevant sustainability frameworks and reporting.
- Project management/experience in process orientation and driving cross-organisational outcomes.
- Demonstrating strong communication skills, highly competent in word, powerpoint and website design
- High level of attention to detail
- Ideally, you will have a minimum of 5 years working experience be degree qualified in sustainability, environmental engineering, social science/ policy, communications, reporting or equivalent working experience in these or related areas
