**The Team**

This is an exciting opportunity to join Dubber on our innovation journey as our Product Lead Designer You will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity and user experience of our products and services. You will lead a team of talented designers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketing professionals, to ensure that our design solutions align with our business goals and delight our customers.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Global Director of Product you will have a range of key focus areas and responsibilities of the role;
- Develop and execute design strategies that align with the company's vision, brand identity, and user needs
- Oversee the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions
- Conduct regular design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve design outcomes
- Integrate relevant insights into the design process to enhance our competitive advantage
- Effectively manage design projects, timelines, and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing solutions
- Collaborate with CX researchers to conduct user testing and gather feedback for iterative design improvements. Advocate for user-centric design decisions based on research insights
- Drive the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system that enhances efficiency, consistency, and scalability in the design process

**Skills and Experience**
- You will be an experienced designer, with at least a few years in a leadership role
- You have an exceptional portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and problem-solving abilities
- You have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture
- You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills to articulate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
- You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- You have an innovative with a mindset and your leadership qualities include mentorship and teamwork
