**About the role**

We have a newly created role at our **Snowy 2.0 site** for a Trainee Administration Assistant responsible to support our Administration Coordinator with a wide range of administrative and clerical duties.

**What you will be doing**
- Providing administrative support to the Administration Coordinator, Underground Project Manager, Site Supervisors and the wider Orica Site team;
- Ensuring visitors are signed in and inducted;
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.

**What you will bring**
- **Willing to undertake an Orica-sponsored Business Administration course;**:

- Previous administration experience and sound computer skills would be highly regarded;
- The ability to build positive stakeholder relationships;
- Proactive and creative problem-solving ability;
- A sense of humour
