Established in November 2015, RPR Trades has enjoyed tremendous growth, which has seen us expand into Sydney, Melbourne, and the Gold Coast, this is in addition to the founding Branch and Corporate Office in Brisbane.

**Requirements of the role**:

- Previous experience recruiting blue-collar positions - temporary and permanent
- A strong desire to succeed, be hungry to deliver results and grow a team around you who will do the same.
- Undertake thorough and professional interviews and complete high-quality reference checks. We're not just here to tick a box.
- Ability and drive to assist with account management from time to time.
- **Strong administrative skills** to optimise time and ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures.
- Valid drivers licence and own transport to provide on-site presence when required
