**Bakery Cadetship**:
Bread, rolls and sweet treats, everyday you’ll be handling some delicious products. We focus on delivering quality and fresh products with convenient service on our wide range of baked goods. Supporting our bakers through product packaging and presentation, to ensuring the best product offering for every customer no matter what time they shop. We're looking for passionate team members who are excited to take a new step in building their bakery skills.
Our Cadetship is on offer at this store. The bakery cadetship is a 9 - 12 month competency based program, using a blended learning approach of both online and on job modules and assessments. The program has been designed in partnership with Allied Pinnacle, at the completion of the program, each cadet will achieve a nationally recognised Certificate II in Retail Baking. The Cadetship is a minimum of 20 hours per week in the bakery, with 3x 5am starts per week. There may also be flex up hours available where you can increase your hours either in the bakery or across the store. Upon successful completion of the Cadetship, you will be remunerated accordingly to a skilled non-tradesperson, when utilising your skills learned during the Cadetship.
