Reporting into the Shared Services Manager, your role will include:

- Lead the Accounts Payable daily functions, ensuring efficient, accurate and timely processing of multiple payment methods in accordance with the departmental guidelines and procedures.
- Review and approve invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor workflow systems and deploy team resources to maintain service levels as required.
- Oversee the accounts payable functions, including corporate, domestic, and foreign payables, daily/weekly payment proposals and urgent/ad hoc payments.
- Ensure payments are made in accordance with established terms and schedules.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing of vendors.
- Reconciliations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes.
- Implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
- Other ad hoc tasks
