**About the role**

We have casual opportunities for Youth Workers to join our Youth Accommodation and Tenancy Support team at Carlow House. Shifts are from 7am - 7:30pm and sleep shifts of 7:00pm to 7:30am.

This role will involve the implementation of support plans, foster connections with family and carers of young people, plan and participate in activities, as well as assisting in the overall social and emotional development of the young people living at Carlow House.

**About you**

You’ll have a passion for supporting young people to reach their goals while also having:

- Certificate IV or higher in Youth Work or relevant Human Services qualification is required
- Ability to work on weekdays and weekends
- Experience supporting young people with complex needs in a residential setting
- Ability to work independently in a lone worker model
- Drivers Licence
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current Provide First Aid
- COVID and Influenza vaccinations are preferred but not required
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
