**The Opportunity**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader, Registrations and Renewals to be part of our Biosecurity Division within PIRSA.

The role will oversee and direct the day-to-day activities of the Registrations and Renewals team including the management of staff performance and development.

Registrations and Renewals staff are responsible for providing services to producers in line with State and National Biosecurity legislation, policies, procedures, and guidelines relating to regulation processes. The role will be responsible for establishing, coordinating, and managing the operational delivery of effective systems, responsive administrative functions and high-quality customer service, products and information that ensure the objectives of the relevant Biosecurity legislations and regulations and contribute to the delivery of Disease Surveillance programs across the state.

**What you’ll be working on**:

- Providing a coaching and mentoring role and effectively manage the training, development and performance management of staff.
- Ensuring appropriate processes are established to maintain he accuracy, quality and security of manual and online registrations, relating information, records and data.
- Review existing process with the view to create and implement efficiencies.
- Managing the allocation of work assigned to staff and the performance management and development of these staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality and a strong customer service culture.
- Developing and manage effective and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders internal and external to the agency.

- Ability to work and engage effectively with stakeholders of varying levels and experience across the agency.

**What you will need**:

- The successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.

**Remuneration**
ASO5, $83,273 - $92,614 per annum
