**Who are we looking for?**

Support the growth, innovation and sustainability of programs across the Social and Economic Wellbeing service stream. Provide specialised service development supports in the concept, design, and implementation of projects and initiatives across the service stream.

We are seeking a Principal, Service Development worker to work collaboratively with the Social and Economic Wellbeing leadership team.

**What can you expect to be doing?**
- Evaluate, review, and support the development of practice frameworks and service modelling across Social and Economic Wellbeing to enhance client outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with the Social and Economic Wellbeing Leadership Team to provide culturally competent, respectful service and system responses.
- Mentor and coach Managers, Senior Managers and staff in the adoption of communication and business strategies.

**What do you need to bring?**
- A tertiary qualification in management, community development, social work or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in driving and managing change
- Proven ability to lead project management at a strategic level and mange deployment at an operational level
