Needs to be resilient

Can handle a high volume of calls

Punctual, dressed well, smart casual in the office

Doesn't need to bring in own deals, however it will be great (Broker)

Wants someone hungry, someone who is not a clock watcher, someone keen to work

Cultural fit (Fun at work)

Amitious

No accent

5 days in the office full-time

Strong understanding of commercial deals i.e. complex structures

Will have to do a background check (No bankruptcy)

No visible piercings/ no neck/ palm tattoo's

A degree in anything to show commitment is preferrable, (Advantageous if they have an accunting/ finance degree)

A strong understanding of lending, capacity, collateral, objective, understands jargon, post-settlement

Business does 30/70 split 70% Resi
