Cpap Consultant

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia are a leading and dedicated supplier of medical gases, homecare and sleep services. We specialise in respiratory diseases and have a strong reputation in sleep diagnostics and CPAP therapy.

Reporting to the Clinic Manager, this role is responsible for providing diagnostic services upon referral from a General Practitioner and therapy treatment for Obstructive Sleep Apnea on recommendation from Sleep Physician while providing excellent customer service.

**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**:
**Your duties will include**:

- Schedule patient appointments
- Provide set-up, on-going services and equipment according to a medical prescription.
- Fit patients with the prescribed masks
- Contact referring physicians to ensure appropriate products and services are provided to patients
- Achieve sales targets by promoting and educating patients on the benefits of our products
- General clinic administration activities
- Process online orders, invoice completed dockets, organise general filing and banking

**Key to your success will be**:

- Previous experience in a retail, healthcare or sales role - experience in pharmacies, optometrists, retail outlets and podiatry clinics would be highly regarded
- High level communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously in clinic
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Strong computer skills and confidence in using google suites
- Knowledge of CPAP therapy/sleep medicine will be highly regarded
