Our Administration Assistants deliver high quality customer focused reception and administrative services. As one of the first points of contact for residents, staff and visitors to the Centre, it is essential that you present a professional image and have the ability to create a welcoming, warm and positive first impression, whether via phone or in person.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Undertake reception duties to support the day to day requirements of the area including answering phones, basic data entry referring queries to appropriate contact
- Meet and greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist Manager to identify, establish, improve and maintain administrative processes
- Operation, maintenance and security of record keeping systems and software
- Use Epicor finance system for receipting and invoicing
- Assist in administrative functions for meetings and events, including catering.
- Provide information to clients and visitors ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with in a confidential and sensitive manner
- Other duties as directed

- An appreciation of and the ability and willingness to promote and support the values and ethos of The Salvation Army
- Demonstrated experience working in an administrative and/or reception role within a similar environment
- Customer centric approach and ability to solve problems easily
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and outgoing disposition
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
