The Scrum Master responsibilities include:

- Being a supportive leader for the team who leads by example
- Facilitating Scrum events such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, refinement and retrospectives
- Guiding and coaching the team to understand the why behind agile methodologies and practices, in particular SAFe
- Promoting collaboration and effective communication within the team and across other teams in the Agile Release Train (ART)
- Working closely with the Product Owner and providing guidance on refining, prioritising the product backlog and providing direction to the team

**Mandatory**

Scrum Master certification(s)

Highly experienced in Agile Delivery and Implementation working as a Scrum Master (5+ years)

Strong leadership, influence and facilitation skills

Exceptional communication, organisation, and team building skills

Familiarity with common agile work management tools such as ADO and Jira

Theoretical and practical experience utilising various Agile Methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban

The experienced scrum master will need excellent communication skills.
- Coaching and guiding experience is also essential.
