**What we seek**:
Ocean addicts is seeking Sports Coach / Instructor. Position will be located in Maroochydore.

You’ll be responsible for providing both theoretical and practical lessons, ensuring the safety of your students, and fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of surfing techniques, and a passion for sharing your love for the ocean.

As a Sports coach / instructor, you’ll play a crucial role in creating a fun and engaging learning experience for our students.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Teaching lessons to individuals and groups, catering to different skill levels.
- Providing safety instructions and ensuring a secure environment for all participants.
- Assisting with equipment selection and maintenance, ensuring students have the right gear.
- Creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivates students to improve their surfing skills.

**To be successful in this role, you’ll need the following skills**:

- Proficiency in board water sports
- Teaching Experience
- First Aid and Lifesaving Certification
- Physical Fitness

**Essential Attributes & Qualifications**
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience in similar role as instructor
- Excellent English communication skills is a must
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a team as well as autonomously
