**Role Overview**:
KOR is looking to hire an enthusiastic Field Service Technician (Heavy Vehicle) to join our dynamic Operations Team, where professional support, training and development is provided to help you become a true expert in your field, equipping you with the knowledge and skills to excel in your career. This position will report to the Team Leader, Services (VIC) and will be mobile around Western Suburbs in Melbourne.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, repairs and machinery overhauls on a variety of equipment.
- Maintain detailed service records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the service team to improve service processes and efficiency.
- Expand and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Proven experience as a Service Technician, Mechanic, Maintenance Fitter or roles similar in the equipment industry.
- A Certificate III in a related trade discipline, encouraged to apply;
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Prior experience in breakdown and diagnostic repairs;
- Prior experience in High Pressure water and vacuum pumps (advantageous).
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
- Valid HR license and Forklift license (highly desirable, not essential)
