**Preston Toyota is now seeking an energetic, friendly and motivated Body Shop (Panel Shop) Reception/Administrator to join our high-volume workshop.**

The role is to assist our busy team with provision of a high-quality guest service experience for all callers and visitors to the dealership and reception/administrator support daily. We are looking for someone who possesses a professional and efficient manner, that understands the importance of guest service and promotes a positive brand image.

**you will be supported with ongoing training**.

**Skills Required**:

- Manage and schedule guest bookings
- Use multiple programs to ensure our guest inquiries and data entry is up to date
- Ability to learn new systems
- Strong administration skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Outlook and Excel
- Ability to understand guest requirements and provide service to a high level
- Ability to provide a consistent high level of guest service during busy times in reception and on the phone
- Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
- Body Shop (Panel Shop), Spare Parts or dealership experience would be highly recommended.
