Ongoing - Part Time (0.6FTE) Position

**Location**: Barwon Area - Geelong
The role of the ECPAPA involves understanding community needs and supporting early years services in the Barwon Area. Critical to the role is building relationships with a range of service providers and developing the capacity of these service providers to deliver quality programs within their local communities, particularly for more vulnerable children and families. The role will require high-level interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills. In some instances the role may supervise a team of Performance and Planning Advisors and be required to clearly define role expectations, monitor performance, provide timely and constructive feedback and facilitate employee development to further enhance their contribution to the area team.
The role will provide significant input into broad service system planning, service system development, service monitoring and fund allocation processes for the region.
The role will work closely with other staff in the Early Childhood Improvement Branch and the region.
