Are you passionate about working with technology, product, sales and marketing teams to enhance the customer experience? This is an opportunity to join an early-stage team in Amazon to launch and grow new programs for Selling Partners in Australia. Our team is looking for a Program Manager to play an integral role in building, adopting, engaging and scaling innovative programs for Selling Partners in Australia.

This will be a diverse role requiring a strong aptitude for building partnerships with, and influencing a wide range of stakeholders at every level of the business. You will establish yourself as a Subject Matter Expert in a fast moving, ambiguous and high-pressure environment, relentlessly advocating for our sellers with partners who have multiple competing priorities.

Interfacing with the Product, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Seller Services, Transportation and Tech teams, you will contribute to the development of large-scale programs that help our Fulfilment by Amazon sellers grow.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage and drive the growth of key inbound expansion programs by leading key improvement initiatives to improve the seller experience and drive seller engagement.
- Drive program adoption and success by partnering with Sales, Marketing and Partner teams to develop seller facing content, own and execute marketing campaigns, and programs designed to drive seller awareness.
- Lead program daily operations; develop, implement and refine SOPs and program metrics; and drive operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Investigate trends, conduct deep dive analysis and provide weekly-level and executive-level reporting.
- Build strong communication channels at all levels of the organisation, set proper expectations, align stakeholders on shared goals and provide clear status communications.
- Publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
- Possess a combination of practical and intellectual skills and an ability to shift, and adapt to different tasks that vary between complex analyses and hands-on project and operations management
