full-time, 12- month contract
- Based at Playford
- Provide cultural, clinical, and administrative leadership to a team of multidisciplinary practitioners.

**Who are we looking for?**

We are seeking an experienced Specialist Services professional that has a background in the Homelessness space, strong interpersonal and mentoring skills to support our team of case managers.

If you have a strong focus on early intervention and prevention and are passionate about supporting those at risk of, or experiencing homelessness then this is may be the opportunity for you.

**What can you expect to be doing?**
- Provide clinical supervision and develop and monitor individual orientation and professional development plans.
- Undertake regular reviews of cases to ensure that effective plans are in place, to address need and address risk, and appropriate case management is occurring, including administrative requirements.
- Allocate and monitor caseloads and case work duties.
- Ensure that the cultural identity of clients is centred, in their support and intervention.

**What do you need to bring?**
- Degree level qualification in Social Work or equivalent Human/Social Services/Community Services/Nursing Allied Health.
- Domestic & Family Violence and/or Trauma-Informed practices are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of services, systems and pathways across human services such as housing, health and financial counselling.
- Proven experience and knowledge in case management frameworks including assessment, planning, referral and advocacy.
- Experience in a clinical practice supervisory role is highly desirable.
