Due to continuous growth and project wins, Winslow has multiple career opportunities available for HSE Advisor to support our urban development projects located across the west region of Melbourne.

**THE ROLE**
- Partner with operational leads, the wider safety community at Winslow and our client to drive and deliver safety objectives and performance.
- Implementation of Winslow’s safety policies and systems.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and mitigating risk.
- Conducting safety audits.
- Performance monitoring and data analysis.
- Guidance on subcontractor management.
- Providing continual support and coaching.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Ability to effect change to achieve safety targets over a sustained period with a subcontractor and employee workforce.
- Possess knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
- Ability to conduct audits; investigations of safety issues and assist in developing improvement plans based on findings.
- Demonstrated ability to develop safety improvement plans to drive and promote safety awareness programs.
- Understanding of a safety philosophy and previous experience with establishing and implementing these systems in a project environment.
