We are a premium service oriented hair salon group with 5 locations across Sydney.

We're looking for Part Time Salon Coordinator / Receptionist to join our team at Chatswood. Starting with 2 days Thursday and Saturday.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and greet guest
- Educate guests on retail and services to increase sales
- Stock control management
- Cross selling of services
- Re-book future appointments
- Maximize each service providers book
- Exceed guests’ expectations
- Managing guest dissatisfaction if it occurs
- Resolving conflicts that occur throughout the day
- Forward management of the appointment book
- Settling end of day
- Managing the phones using exemplary telephone etiquette
- Ensuring marketing initiatives are carried out
- Merchandise retail and salon areas
- Coordinating the floor
- Stock order (retail and back basin)

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
