Penrith Panthers are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Lighting Technicians to join their Entertainment team on a Casual basis.

We currently have exciting opportunities for passionate Lighting Technicians to take the next step in their career with Panthers and become casual team members. Thriving in a fast-paced team environment, you will have the ability to work efficiently and pro-actively as you learn to perform the various tasks associated with the Entertainment Department.

**Your Main Duties and Responsibilities will include, however are not limited to**:

- Ability to read and interpret stage plots and Lighting Schematics;
- Ability to patch, Programme and operate a GrandMA2 lighting console;
- Assist the in-house audio team during set up and pack down;
- Adhering to WHS management and operating procedures;
**To be successful in this role, you will possess the following attributes**:

- At least 2 years’ experience in live entertainment,
- Working with Children’s Check;
- Audio experience will be advantageous;
- An understanding of DMX512 protocol
- An understanding of Arkaos Media Master;
- An understanding of Martin, Clay Paky and Event lighting fixtures
- Riggers ticket and E.W.P ticket would be advantageous;
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to your work;
- A strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment;
- Physical fitness, agility and ability to work at heights and;
- High level communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously. You are required to be flexible and reliable as you will need to be available 24/7 to work as required including nights, weekends and public holidays.
