Your Key Accountabilities
**The Core Capability Requirements for this role are**:

- Provide Tier 2 support of business-critical services and systems and deliver appropriate technical advice and service to customers.
- Actively participate in the identification of operational system-related risks and issues.
- Participate in skills transfer activities to successfully transition Command & Control Centre to new systems.
- Work with and maintain processes and procedures used by Command & Control Centre to ensure the successful implementation of systems administration and management.
