We're expanding our crew at Upstairs X Glory Days, the ultimate So-Cal Margaritas style venue located right on the iconic Bondi Beach. From laid-back weekends to epic 1000+ person events, we're all about crafting unforgettable beachside moments.

**Barback & Waitstaff Positions Available**:
**Barback**:

- Assist bartenders with setup and breakdown
- Keep the bar stocked and ensure a smooth workflow
- Ability to handle the hustle of busy weekends
- Enthusiastic team player with a can-do attitude

**Waitstaff**:

- Provide excellent customer service with a smile
- Take orders, serve food and beverages with finesse
- Ability to handle a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Enthusiastic team player with a passion for hospitality

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.08 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 20 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bondi Beach, NSW 2026 (required)
