We are seeking an experienced HSSE Officer to work within our HSSE team for this project Working on a FIFO roster of 14 days on, 7 days off, flying from all major domestic airports. Or Monday to Friday for Darwin Locals.

Your focus will include:

- Supporting the HSSE team to ensure HSSE onboarding and inductions for all HSSE personnel are conducted as required
- Provide advice and support to the field construction teams to ensure compliance with HSE statutory, Codes, Australian Standard and Client HSE obligations
- Implementation of Health & Safety plans and subsidiary Management System documentation
- Supporting HSSE team and management to ensure HSSE procedures and manuals are compliant with company and project requirements

What you will bring to the team
- 3 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar position
- Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
- Demonstrated ability to build sound working relationships with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrated commitment and proactive approach to site safety processes and practices
