The Commercial Development and Management Branch within the Homes, Property and Development Group is currently seeking a **Vendor and Contract Management Officer **to join their team.

The Vendor and Contract Management Officer facilitates and support the performance of service providers for the outsourced property management, facilities management and financial management function on behalf of a portfolio of owned and leased properties.

The role also supports on client relationships and resolving tenancy management issues of leased sites where Property NSW is the principal occupant and supports the Vendor and Contract Management team in the provision of services across PDNSW.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide timely, considered, and accurate advice to a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- A positive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Be adaptable and resilient, with the ability to multi-task and prioritise delivery of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer relationship management skills

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Experience in property management or a service provider role
- Experience in vendor and/or contract management within the property industry

**Essential requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a property, facilities management, building services, procurement or related discipline and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience.
